CHARACTER NAME: Mira
CANON: Original
CANON POINT: After escaping the cult of the god using her as a vessel
AGE: 22
BACKGROUND: - When Mira and her twin Belle were teenagers, they're parents died, leaving them to fend for themselves.
- Around the same time, the two reigning gods picked Mira and another, Elios, to be their "champions" in a contest. tl;dr: Each kill grants one point to the respective god, and after each kill, the world is "reset," and the cycles continue like that. They each retain their memories, which slowly return over time.
- Belle is chosen as a scribe to record the events of each cycle. She also remembers everything.
- Mira, fed up with this, decides to try and kill one of the gods. She fails miserably, is stripped of her power over ice, and loses the memories of each cycle when a new one begins.
- The current cycle from which she's pulled comes to a head when Elios breaks into their home and mistakes Belle for Mira. Mira comes home and finds her dead, then kills Elios out of rage and grief. Because the scribe is now dead, the cycle doesn't end -- one of the few rules has been broken, so that also "breaks" everything, because the gods didn't prepare for that.
- Mira hunts down the gods and actually kills one of them. The other makes her their vessel, because the end of the contest, the remaining person would have to kill the opposing god, and become the vessel for them.
- Afterward, Mira packs a few things (including her sister's journal) and goes on the run. She attempts to research solve her issue, but has little luck.
- Eventually, she's hunted down and captured by a cult of the god using her as a vessel. They attempt to expedite the process of the god taking her over entirely, but Mira just barely escapes.

SUITABILITY: Mira is very comfortable with sex and sexuality. It's a normal part of the human experience, so she's not shy. Though she tries to act like it, she's somewhat self-conscious and has a hard time with vulnerability. Mira also tends to use sex as a coping mechanism to take herself away from a stressful or overly emotional situation, which isn't healthy, but that's just how it be sometimes. Overall, she has a healthy outlook on sex, and she's pretty shameless about it.
As for adjusting to the sinfluencer lifestyle, she would absolutely thrive. Compared to what's going on in her world, being able to let go (citation needed) and not worry about being a pawn is a refreshing change of pace. She doesn't have to keep running, and while it'll be uncomfortable at first, she'll adapt pretty quickly. She's also got an exhibition kink, so. Y'know. Performing on camera isn't at all an issue.
CHARACTER ARC PLANS: I'd love for her to become actually confident in who she is. Learning that people aren't inherently out to hurt her would be great, too -- being unable to trust anyone is tiring, so having genuine connections would be a huge development.
WISH: Getting rid of the god inside her and becoming her own person. Since this would also mean she doesn't have to repeat cycles, and her current one would be the only one, she could settle down and find herself. Being a vessel is also literally a pain. Her main (and only) goal is to get them out completely.
COLLATERAL: Automatically, she'd be taken over and cause the end of the world.
ADDITIONAL CONTRACT CLAUSES: If at all possible, she'd request that her sister come back, since she was unfairly killed (and Mira harbors an immense amount of guilt over it). A more comfortable room, too.

PERSONALITY: Distrustful, solitary, stubborn, compassionate, helpful, resilient
INVENTORY: Her sister's journal, a set of knives, a backpack of supplies, a couple of books
SKILLS/ABILITIES: She does have access to godlike powers, but she hates using them, and rarely does unless she loses control.
GAMEBREAKING POWERS? See above! I'm willing to negotiate incentives, but she doesn't need incentives to not use them. Considering she isn't entirely in control of them, maybe she could have consequences? Whatever works! In the same vein, I'm okay with nerfing them entirely, but would love to keep the residual effects (i.e., bouts of aggression, going feral, needing to feed on blood to strengthen the god's powers (caveat that if dormant, they wouldn't need to strengthen the powers, but she'd still have that urge), shutting down from the emotional burden.
